 IL10 is a cytokine produced primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by lymphocytes. This cytokine has pleiotropic effects in immunoregulation and inflammation. It down-regulates the expression of Th1 cytokines, MHC class II Ags, and costimulatory molecules on macrophages. It also enhances B cell survival, proliferation, and antibody production. This cytokine can block NF-kappa B activity, and is involved in the regulation of the JAK-STAT **ing pathway. Knockout studies in mice suggested the function of this cytokine as an essential immunoregulator in the intestinal tract.

溶解建议
 提供的小鼠白介素-10(mIL 10)产品为过滤灭菌的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含小鼠白介素-10(mIL 10)的PBS溶液中经进一步透析并冻干产生的。我们建议加无菌的18MΩ-cm水以配制工作储存液到100μg/ml，后继实验过程中可根据实验要求进一步稀释。
 
保存建议
 小鼠白介素-10(mIL 10)在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存。重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存。请避免反复冻融。
